Spring edition: An embodied exploration of rest while opening towards new opportunities.
Rest and re-connect on this cosy and nourishing afternoon as we awaken to the changes that come with the season of spring, bringing new opportunities within and outside of our bodies.
We will dive into the practice of Yin Yoga and Embodied Movement, going inward, feel and immerse into the beauty of simply Being, from moment to moment. Tuning in to our senses, we will explore subtle and flowy movements as well as stillness.
This is a journey of homecoming to yourself, to find deep rest, softness, freedom and energy through various tools such as visualizations, breathing exercises, Yoga, Embodied Movement, Somatics, Meditation, Nidra and Sound.
This afternoon is for you, if you want:
